Guilt Free Gluten Free Brownies

2 Cups cooked black beans (drained and rinsed)1/4 cup cooked beet (optional)5 tsp stevia1 tsp vanilla extract2 T. olive oil6 T baking cocoa powder2 lg eggs
Preheat oven to 350.
Place first 6 ingredients in processor or blender and blend well.
Add eggs and blend/mix for 30 sec.
Place mixture in greased 8X8 baking pan and bake for 30 min.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in an 8X8 pan.
Serving Size: Makes 9 2.5X2.5 inch pieces
