Steak in the Grass Egg White Omlette

Ingredients
3 large egg whites.5 Cup fresh Spinach1 oz Beef, round steak 1 Mushroom sliced1 Slice of white onion2 tbsp Classico Sundried Tomato Pesto1 tbsp Olive Oil (optional-can use spray)
Directions
Slice your steak and sautee it in a pan with the onions and mushrooms. Add the Spinach towards the end and set aside when all is cooked.

Separate 3 egg whites from their yolks. Add Sundried tomato pesto and milk. Whisk together with a fork.

Heat Olive oil in the pan. Once heated, add egg mixture to pan and allow to cook. Before the egg is fully cooked, add the steak, onions, mushrooms and spinach. Fold your egg in half and continue to cook until egg is thoroughly cooked.
