Low Carb Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients
Parsnips, 3 cup slices Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped corned beef, canned, 12 oz cansaltpepperlittle garlic powder/optional
Directions
Scrub and chop the parsnips and the onion. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
cook in a non-stick skillet sprayed with non-stick spray over a med.-high heat until parsnips are tender, turning occasionally till slightly browned. Add the corned beef, broken up with a fork.Cook until corned beef is heated through, then serve. Serves 4
