Simple Cooked Fudge

Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, 2 cup Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares, 2 square (1 oz) *Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread, 8 tbsp Fred Meyers 1% milk, 5.3 oz Salt, 0.5 tspVanilla extract, 2 tsp.
Directions
In a sauce pan melt margarine and chocolate. Add milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a slow rolling boil, stirring constantly till sugar is desolved. Boil for two minutes. Add vanilla. Pour mixture into a mixing bowl. By hand or with a mixer; beat until cool and thick. pour into a buttered 7" X 11" dish. Let cool and refrigerate. When cooled enough to hold shape, slice into 30 pieces.
