1 Medium Banana1 Cup Frozen Blueberries3 Cups Fresh Kale (Chopped)1 Cup Flax Milk Vanilla1/2 Cup Water4 Tbsp. Trader Joes Hemp Protein Powder Vanilla
Place all items in high powered blender and blend to desired consistency. This is not as smooth as some people would like. There are definitely bits of kale, which is good for you as some experts believe you should "chew" your juices or smoothies. Enjoy!
