Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .5 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 2 1/4 cupCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Honey, .25 cup Honey, .25 cup Apricots, dried, .25 cup, halves Almonds, .25 cup, whole Raisins, .25 cup (not packed) *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 12 tsp (.25 cup)Baking Soda, .5 tsp Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, .5 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
heat oven to 325
mix everything togrether. Press into a sprayed 8 by 8 pan bake 18-20 min cool cut into 9 bars
