Tortilla Chip Pie

Ingredients
¾ lbs extra lean ground beef8 ounces mild salsa½ can red kidney beans(½ c uncooked minute rice, ½ c water)½ c shredded cheddar cheese1 c crushed flavored tortilla chips
Directions
In skillet brown beef. Drain. Top meat w/
salsa, un-drained kidney beans, uncooked
rice, & water. Cover & simmer, stirring
occasionally for 20 minutes. Top w/ cheese.
Cover & heat until cheese is melted - about 3
minutes. Top each serving w/ crushed chips.
