2 broccoli crowns, cut into spearsgarlic powder pepper or Mrs. Dash Table Blend Salt-FreePam Organic Olive Oil spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut broccoli crowns into spears and place in large bowl. Spray amply with Pam, sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper, toss thoroughly, then arrange on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Roast 20-25 mins., turning once half-way through. Broccoli will be browned on the florets.
