1 pound chicken breast cut into pieces (or not, however you want)1 tbs chili powder (hand ground, habanero, chipotle, and ancho)2 tbs olive oilhalf a lemon(juice) or a whole lime( juice)1 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp cumin1 tsp honey or pure maple syrupdash liquid smoke.t tsp of sugar1 tsp emils bayou blastabout 2 tbs fresh oregano, rough chopabout 1 tbs fresh chive chopped4 cloves garlic
Directions
marinate all spices with chicken however long you want.

cook however you want. grill would be tasty.



**lime juce would be even better but lemon is all i had
