Soft Wheat Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup Sugar1 Cup Softened Unsalted Butter1 Egg1 Cup Sour Cream1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 tsp Salt2 Cups White Flour2 Cups Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar. Mix together remaining ingredients. Place nickle size balls (about 1 1/2 to 2 tsp each) on a baking sheet and squish down. Bake at 425 until lightly brown about 8 mins.
