Ann & Kevin's Wheat Flat Bread Pizza Dough

Ingredients
1 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 teaspoon saltItalian Herb Blend, to tasteblack pepper to taste2/3 cup milk1 teaspoon olive oilToppings1 Roma Tomato seededPepperonionionmushroomsblack olivesItalian Cheese blendfresh spinach
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil pizza stone or pizza pan. In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, herbs and pepper. Mix in eggs and milk, stir well. Pour douch into pan and spread until it is relatively even. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cruts is just barely browned. Add sauce and toppings and cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted and toppings are hot.
