Apple Pecan Tart

Ingredients
Crust:Pecans, .25 cup, chopped Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon, 1.25 cup, crushedButter, salted, 1 tbsp Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Filling:Egg white, 1 Neufchatel Cheese, 8 oz Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup Maple Syrup, .25 cupTopping:Apple (medium), 2 servingGranulated Sugar, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Slightly toast pecans, and place in food processor with crushed graham crackers - process until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and oil. Press mixture in bottom of tart pan (or pie plate). Bake at 325 for about 10 min. until crust is dry. Cool on wire rack.

Whip egg white until frothy. Mix in softened cream cheese, sour cream and maple syrup. Spread in cooled crust.

Slice apples and saute with sugar and cinnamon. Let cool and put on top of filled tart.
