Corn and Broccoli Chowder with sausage

One chopped onion4 cloves garlic1 T olive oil1 c sliced carrots4 c. chopped broccoli2 c. frozen corn3 c. chicken broth1 tsp tarragonpinch of red pepper1 c. fat free half and half4 T flour
Saute the onions and garlic in the olive oil until onions are translucent. Add chicken broth, carrots, broccoli, corn, and spices and cook until vegies are tender crisp. Add the sausage. Mix the half and half with flour and add to soup to thicken. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Makes 10- 1 cup servings.
