10 pounds tomatoes6 tablespoons of lemon juice

If you want to can, you should read about the entire process.
For mine, I quarter tomatoes with skins and seeds, removing the core and any bits that I wouldn't eat. Cook them until the they are soft and no longer keep their quartered shape. The can using water bath or pressure canner.
