Creamless Carrot Ginger Soup

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 1000 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tsp (remove) (optional for vegetarian)Sweet Corn, Fresh, 283 grams (remove)Salt pepper and sage to taste
Directions
saute onions in oil
clean and cut carrots, add to onions
addd seasoning and water
bring to a boil, cover and lower heat
test carrots for tenderness, once tender add solids to blender or food processor and puree.
Add back to liquid, simmer and serve
