Chicken Apple Salad

Ingredients
4 lbs of chicken breast or 4 large chicken breasts 3 medium sized Granny Smith Apples diced2 cups of raw celery diced 1 cup of slivered almonds6 tablespoons of mayonnaise3 tablespoons of brown stone mustard
Directions
Boil chicken breast for 20 minutes
While chicken is cooking diced apples and celery
Cut chicken into 1-2 inch pieces and shred
Mix all ingredients into bowl and mix
Store in 2 cup containers for easy lunch or snack
Eat plain or over salad greens
