Crockpot chicken fajitas

Ingredients
3 med. boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 green bell pepper thinly sliced1 red bell pepper thinly sliced1 large onion thinly sliced2 cups of Salsa2 envelopes of McCormick fajita seasoning mix10 Mission Carb Balance whole wheat tortillas
Directions
Layer veggies on top of chicken in crock pot. Blend the two envelopes of fajita seasoning with the salsa in med. bowl or glass measuring cup. Once thoroughly blended, pour over the chicken and veggies. Cook on low 4-5 hours. When done, tear up the chicken with two forks.

Serve on the tortillas with 1/4 cup of cheese. If you prefer, flour or corn tortillas just re-adjust the calories accordingly. Other ingredients are also encouraged, but not figured into the calories here.
