Peanut Butter & Banana Chocolate Chip Bakes

1 Large banana mashed1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter1/2 Cup Stevia in the Raw1 tsp Baking Soda2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract3 Tbsp Egge whites1/2 Cup Mini Semi Sweet Chocolate ChipsOptional: 1/4 Cup Cooking Oats; 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Preheat oven to 350. Mash ripe banana in medium sized bowl. Add all other ingredients except chocolate chips and optional nuts. Mix with hand mixer untel well blended. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts if you're using them. Spoon tablespoon-size globs onto cookie sheets about 2-3 inches apart. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Let cool on sheets for 3 minutes. Transfer to wax paper to cool for an additional 15 minutes. Store in air tight container or freeze!
