Crab and Corn Chowder

Ingredients
20 oz frozen white corn1 cup 2% milk1 8oz bottle clam juice4 tablespoons green onions, divided1 tbps fresh ginger5 tsp lemon juice1 tbsp butter6 oz crab meat
Directions
1. Bring corn and milk to boil in a saucepan, turn off heat and let sit 10 minutes.
2. Using an immersion blender (or a regular one), puree.
3. Add clam juice, lemon juice, half green onions, and ginger and puree again.
4. Return to heat.
5. Meanwhile, sautee crab and remaining green onions.
6. Serve soup, topped with crab
