Leftover Halloween Candy Cookies

3 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 stick unsalted butter, softened1 cup packed brown sugar1 cup granulated sugar2 large eggs2 tsp vanilla extract2 tbsp milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)2-3 cups chopped up candy (nutrition information is for 30 Snickers fun size bars)
Preheat oven to 375. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour with baking soda and salt and set aside. In another medium blow, cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Then add vanilla and milk and beat until combined. Stir in the flour mixture until incorporated. Then gently fold in the chopped candy.
Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheets leaving about 2 inches between each cookie. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack.
