Creamy Avacado Chipotle Soup

4 ripe avacados1 T lime juice1 T fresh cilantro leaves1 cup fat free or low fat sour cream1/2 tsp kosher salt1/2 - 1 t chipotle chili powder1/2 t smoked paprika4 cups chicken broth3/4 yellow onion - diced
Place the diced onions and broth into the crockpot. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
About an hour before eating, blend the avacados, sour cream, lime juice, chipotle powder, cilantro leaves and salt in a food processor or blender. Stir the avacado mixture into the crockpot. Heat on low for another hour or on high for 30-40 minutes. Ladle into 4 bowls, garnish with a dollop of sour cream and/or cilantro leaves.
