healthier apple dumpling cake

Ingredients
10 small apples peeled and sliced1.5 cups white flour.5 cup whole wheat flour1 cup sugar2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt 2 tblsp whey(or soy) protein isolate2 large beaten eggs3/4 cup veg oil1/4 cup apple sauce1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
oven 350
grease 9x13 with cooking spray
peel and slice apples, lay on baking dish
mix dry ingredients except cinnamon
stir in wet, mix well together
pack on top of apples
sprinkle with cinnamon
bake at 350 for approx 45 min or until top is golden brown
