Ingredients
200g Plain Flour150g Porridge Oats100g Sugar0.5 tsp baking powder0.5 tsp Bicarb soda0.5 tsp round cnamon1 tsp mixed spice1 large egg100g Rasins (soaked in a little fruit juice until soft)50g Golden syrup
Directions
mix all dry ingredients together then add egg and syrup.
mix well then add 3 or 4 table spoons of water (or the juice the rasins were soaked in) so the mix sticks together and its wet enough to roll it into 30 small balls.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet and press flat with slightly wet hands
Bake at 180 for about 10 min
