Penne pasta bake with peas pancetta and ricotta

Ingredients
550g penne pasta70g pancetta1 onion, finely sliced1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped500g cherry tomatoes, chopped105g peas250g ricotta50g parmesan, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cook the pasta per instructions and drain
Fry the pancetta for 3 - 4 mins until crispy, remove with a slotted spoon and place in large roasting tin. Add the onion to the pan & cook for 2 mins, then stir in the chilli and tomatoes. Cook for 2 - 3 mins
Add the sauce to the roasting tin and mix in pasta & peas. Spoon the ricotta over the top and scatter with parmesan. Bake for 15 mins
