Garlicky Orzo, Spinach and mushroom Mix

Ingredients
1 box of Orzo (1lb)1 large bag of fresh spinach1 8oz box of mushroomsOlive oilGarlic Cloves Garlic powderParmesan cheese (if desired)
Directions
Chop spinach and garlic and slice mushrooms.

Bring water to a boil and cook the orzo. While the orzo is cooking, saute spinach, garlic and mushrooms with 2 tblsp of olive oil. After vegies and orzo are cooked, combine in a bowl and sprinkle with 3 more tblsps of olive oil and some garlic powder.

When serving, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if you want. (Parmesan isn't included in the nutritional information.)
