Chicken, Cheese & Broccoli Caserole

1.5 lb Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast1 Can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese1 Can Campbell's Chream of Chicken2 Cups chopped broccoli1.5 Cup 1% Milk2 Cups White Rice1 tbsp butter, salted1/4 cup bread crumbs (optional)
Cut chicken into cubes. Add chicken to a pot with water and boil until cooked.
Preheat oven to 350
Mix both cans of soup and milk in a casserole dish. Cut the broccoli into bite size pieces and add to soup mixutre. Drain chicken when cooked and add to soup mixture.
Sprinkle top of casserole with bread crumbs and place in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Add Rice to 3 cups of water to a small pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat & simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
Serve casserole over rice (you can also substitute egg noodles for the rice).
