Roasted Cauliflower and Brocoli Soup

1 head of cauliflower1 head of brocoli2 Tbsp Vegenaise2 C vegetable broth2 C watergarlic powdersalt pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees, wash and seperate cauliflower and brocoli into small bite size pieces. Spray cooking sheet with vegetable spray lightly. Place veges on cooking sheet and spray them lightly, season with garlic powder, salt, pepper. Roast for 20 min and then stir them to cook on the other sides. Roast another 10-15 min. When done place veges in food processor adding a little at a time with the water and puree until smooth. Pour into a sauce pan and add the rest of the water and broth and vegenaise. Cook on low about 10-15 min.
