Roasted orange chicken and vegetables

Ingredients
3 parsnips cut up2 lg sweet potatoes cut up 2 white potatoes cut up 2 large red onions cut into wedges4 cloves of garlic, minced2 Tbsp olive oil 1/4 tsp salt5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 4oz each3 Tbsp orange marmalade1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Place parsnips, potatoes, onions, garlic, salt and oil in the pan and toss to coat well. Push to perimeter of the pan place chicken in the center, roast for 20mins. In a small bowl stir together the marmalade and cinnamon. Remove the pan from the oven, turn over the chicken and coat with marmalade mixture. Return to the oven and roast until done.
