1 Potato peeled and cubed3 Cloves garlic8 Baby Carrot sliced1 Can yellow Sweet Corn3 celery staled sliced1 Can canellini beans1/2 cup Zucchini cubed1/2 cup Summer Squash cubed2 cups Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat FreeI can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup 1 cup water1 package Honeysuckle italian style turkey meatballs
Add all ingredients, except for the meatballs to a crockpot. Season soup with your desired herbs, I chose (paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, bay leaf, minced dried onion, salt, pepper, and parsley) Set on low for 6 hours, or high for 3.
Chop or grind the meatballs in a food processor and add them to the soup. Mix everything all together and set on low for another 15 minutes to warm the meatballs.
Pair with a slice of wheat bread for a complete meal.
