Ingredients
Beans, black, 1 can rinsed and drained *Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers, 0.5 cup Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 6 tbsp Egg, fresh, 1 large egg white, fresh, 1 large Quick oatmeal .5 cup, dry *Cavendar Greek Seasoning, 0.25 tsp *Cumin .5 tsp *1/2 med yellow onion, diced *Always Fresh Minced Garlic,
Directions
Process all ingredients in a food processor, divide into 6 portions and bake on a nonstick cookie sheet at 350 for 30 minutes. These freeze well (cooked)
