Special Apple Berry Crumble

Ingredients
Filling:440g(16oz) can pie apples ( canned sliced apple,nothing added)2 cup frozen mixed berries1 Tbs honey (optional)Topping:5 Tbs biscuit crumbs (I use 4 Milk Arrowroot and 4 ginger biscuits)1 Tbs shredded coconut, unsweetened 2 Tbs oats (not quick cooking)2 tsp cinnamon1 Tbs margarine1 Tbs Greek Yogurt to serve
Directions
Layer slices of apples and berries in a microwave safe dish
Drizzle honey over
Make Topping:
Put biscuits, broken up, into food processor, and wizz till crumbed
Add butter and wiz to mix - add oats, cinnamon and wizz to mix
Stir in coconut
Sprinkle over apples in dish
Cook in microwave, on High 10 min or until bubbling
Dollop Greek Yogurt on as you serve.
