Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds 97% lean ground beef2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats5 large egg whites2 cups shredded zucchini3 cups chopped broccoliPacket of meatloaf seasoningsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
preheat oven to 425. Combine all ingredients. Put into 2 loaf pans. Bake 45 minutes until done.
