Oven grilled French Fries

Ingredients
300 gram hokaio or fast raw pumpkin like butternut1-2 tbsp sunflower oilGrill seasoning of your own taste 1/4 to ½ tsp
Directions
Cut the pumpkin into thick french fries with the skin on if hokaio or butternut.
Put all the ingredients into a plastic bag and shake them until they are coated evenly all over.
Place the french fries on a french frie try in a oven heated at 200 c.
Bake them until they are brown and soft inside when you poke them with a fork. The outside has to be crunchy not soft.
Serve them with sugar free tomato ketchup (Hienz)
