Easy Chicken Parmesan in One Pan

Ingredients
1 T olive oil2 cloves garlic, crushed or choppedSprinkle of red pepper flakes (optional)1.5 lbs of chicken breast, boneless, skinless2C Pasta sauce 8 oz sliced mushrooms4 leaves fresh basil, shredded (use scissors and cut into strips)5 oz garlic croutons6 oz shredded mozzarella2 oz parmesan, shredded or in a can
Directions
Layer ingredients in 8x12" baking dish. Start with olive oil and garlic, spread on bottom of pan. Sprinkle red pepper flakes, arrange chicken in single layer. Cover with pasta sauce then sliced mushrooms and basil. Add croutons, arrange evenly across top. Top with both cheeses. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
