Ingredients
1 Lb (6oz) Beef Top Round1 1ln 12oz Can Furmanol's Diced Tomatoes With Green Peppers and Onions1 16oz (1lb) Bag Baby Cu Carrots 2 Small Russet Potatoes1 Large Sweet Potato Raw with Skin 1 Medium Yellow Onion1Can (2 Cups) Libby's Canned Sweet Peas2.50 Grams Sabor Latino Sazon Seasoning
Directions
Cut up 1 lb of meat into 4 equal 4 oz portions and place down into your slow cooker crock, shake in your seasoning over the meat, then add in your can of diced tomatoes, then the bag of your peeled raw baby carrots, then the potato, the sweet potato and onion. Cook about 4 hours on high until meat is tender then add in 1 can of peas and allow to cook an additional 10-15 minutes to heat through and serve.

Serving Size: makes 6 Hearty Servings With meat pulled apart and evenly served with the veggies this dish makes you can get this many servings eating 2.66 oz of meat and lots of healthy veggies. Otherwise you can get 4 Hearty 4 OZ of meat servings and still lots of veggies with about 3 cups of veggies left over for snacking or to have as a side, lunch the next day or with another nights dinner.
