Stove Top Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients
10 Cloves Garlic16 Oz Frozen Peas16 Oz Frozen Green Beans1 Cup Carrot, shredded1 Cup Frozen Corn (or canned, rinse the salt off)1 Pound well drained Hamburger1 Chopped Onion1 Cup (180g) Dry Brown Basmati RiceHot Pepper Flakes to tasteBlack Pepper
Directions
Spray pan with Canola Oil, saute Onions, add Garlic once Onions are soft (to not burn). Add Ground Beef, cook until crumbly, drain. Add Peas, Beans, Carrots, and Corn, cook until warn. Prepare Rice according to instructions, add to Hamburger mixture.
Top with a low fat Cheese if desired. Serve with a green salad or make a taco and add shredded Cabbage.
