Spaghetti Squash Saute

3 spaghetti squash3.5 T EVOO1 yellow onion, chopped4 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp black pepper1 tsp saltdash of paprika
Bake spaghetti squash at 350 for approximately 30 minutes. Remove insides of squash to bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in large pan over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic and saute for about 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Add spaghetti squash and mix/heat. Add seasoning and adjust to taste. Continue cooking squash for about 10 minutes.
Serving Size: makes about 10 servings of 1 to 1.5 cup servings
