Fruit Smoothie with Protein

Ingredients
1 cup skim or 1% milk1 6oz low fat yogurt2 cups frozen fruitthe protein is optional
Directions
This is the easiest smoothie recipe out there. Take two cups of frozen fruit, one cup of low fat yogurt, one cup of skim or 1% milk and throw it all in the blender. There is not need to add water or ice as the fruit is frozen. I like to add a scoop of protein powder because the kids dont even notice it.

This is a fun and easy snack that you and your kids will love.
