1/2 cup sugar1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ginger1/4 tsp cloves1/4 cup Show Me the Whey vanilla whey protein powder2 large eggs1 15-oz can pure pumpkin1 1/2 cups soymilk
Mix dry ingredients and protein powder until homogenous. Separately, mix eggs, pumpkin and soymilk. Mix together, pour into 1 to 1.5 quart baking dish. Place baking dish inside slightly larger baking pan, to which you've added 1 inch of warm water. Place together into oven and bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted near center comes out clean (45-60 minutes).
