Diet Coke Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken

Ingredients
12 oz diet coke1 packet lipton onion soup mix1 cup salsa20 oz chicken breast
Directions
Mix salsa, diet coke, and onion soup mix in the crock pot. Add chicken breasts. Cook on high for four hours, or until it pulls apart. Shred chicken and allow to simmer on low for another extra half hour.
Makes great pulled chicken for sandwiches, tacos, salads, etc.
