Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
Saute onions in oil & butter. Add flour to make a rue. Slowly add chicken broth, potato, peas & carrots, and cooked chicken. Bring to a boil & cook until potatoes are tender. Line 2 qt casserole with bottom crust. Add filling. Cover with 2nd crust & seal edges. Cook for 25 minutes until crust is browned. Makes ~ 8 servings.
