[Note: US Measurements in Bracketts]- 8 Arnott's Milk Arrowroot Biscuits, crushed- 25g (88oz) Almonds, crushed- 25g (88oz) Walnuts, crushed- 25g (88oz) sultanas (raisins)- 15ml (1/2 floz) of rum- 150g (5.3oz) Nestle Plaistowe 70% Cocoa Dark Cooking chocolate, melted- 25g (88oz)desiccated coconut, or more as required- 8 maraschino cherries to decorate
1) Combine the crushed biscuits, almonds, walnuts
2) Mix in the sultanas and rum
3) Mix in the melted chocolate, stirring to combine. The mixture should come together as you stir.
4) Form into equal sized balls and roll these in to coconut to coat
5) Top with the cherries and refridgerate to firm.
Then, enjoy!
