Goat Cheese Ravioli with Parsley Sauce

3 oz soft goat cheese1/4 cup fat free ricotta1 garlic clovepinch of nutmeg12 square wonton wrappers (3 1/2")2 tbsp chopped parsley1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp waterdash of pepper
Mash together goat cheese, ricotta, garlic, and nutmeg until smooth. Season with pepper.
Assemble ravioli (place 1 tbsp in center, with finger wet edges and folder corners to form triangle) and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bring pot of water to boiling. Reduce to bare simmer and drop ravioli into water, one at a time. Cooke about 5-7 minutes. Transfer raviloi with slotted spoon to a paper towel lined baking sheet, arrange in single layer. Divide onto 2 plates and drizzle with Parsley Sauce.
