Roasted Brussle Sprouts

2 cups of Brussels sprouts1/4 cup garlic1 tbsp olive oilsalt and pepper1/4 tsp cayenne pepperzest of two lemonsjuice of two lemons
Preheat oven to 400 F
Place sprouts in an oven safe dish that is big enough that all the sprouts can fit in a single layer on the bottom of the dish.
The add everything except the lemon juice and toss until all the sprouts are coated.
Put in oven and roast for 45 minutes. The tops of the sprouts will brown and blacken a little, that's good!
When they're done, remove from oven and toss with the lemon juice.
Serving Size: makes 4 1/2 cup servings
