1.5 c almond flour3/4 c pumpkin (cooked or pureed)3 eggs1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/8 tsp sea salt1/4 c raw honey2 tsp almond butterbake 350 for 25 mins in a coconut oil greased muffin tin or in baking cups
