Bacon & tomoto & Goat milk Risatto

Ingredients
Rissotto or pudding or short grain rice (200g)Water 400ml2 crushed Garlic 1 finely chopped onionlean back bacon with all fat removed300ml of Goats milk as it is even lower in fat that non-fat 1.5 medium ripe tomato1.5 teaspoon of butter or low fat margerine
Directions
Fry Onion, add chopped bacon (remove fat). Add rice, Milk and crusshed garlic, then add stock cube and water and let it cook but keep stiring

Serving Size: makes 3 bowls of rice (enough for 3 or 2 larger portion)
