Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken tenders1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice.25 cup soy sauce1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger1 tablespoon minced garlic1 tablespoon vegetable oil1 tablespoon molasses24 cherry tomatoes (optional)2 cups hot cooked rice
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except rice, in Crock-Pot slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 2 hours or until chicken is tender. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
