Low Cal Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

3/4 cup Smart Balance Lite3/4 cup white sugar3/4 cup packed brown sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1 -1/4 all purpose four1 tsp baking soda3/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp salt2-3/4 cups rolled oats1 cup raisins
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla until fluffly.Blend flour,baking soda, cinnamon and salt and gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased ccokie sheets.
3. Bake 8 to 10 min or until golden brown. Cool slightly before moving to wire rack to cool completely.
Serving Size: makes 50 cookies
