Make Ahead Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
2 eggs1 cup egg substitute2 Tbsp 1% milk1/4 tsp pepper3/4 cup diced extra lean ham1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese6 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
Whisk together eggs, egg substitute, milk, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until done.
Add ham and cheddar cheese.
Scoop egg mixture onto middle of each tortilla and roll up.
Serve immediately or freeze individually for up to 3 months.
