Low Fat Alfredo w/Noodles

Ingredients
ButterFlour1 % MilkParmesean CheeseRonzoni Smart Taste Extra Wide Noodles
Directions
Put 1 tbsp of butter in 3 qt pan over low to medium heat. Once it starts to melt, add 2 tbsp of flour and mix. Immediately add 1.5 cups of 1% milk and conituously stir. Let reduce by about 1/2 then add the .5 cup of parmesean cheese. When mixture is creamy pour over cooked pasta noodles. Add sauteed/steamed vegetables if desired.
